I have crashed twice and hit my head pretty hard and this helmet ate up the hits so we’ll I’m alive and breathing because of it! Great helmet true to fit and safe. Only thing I absolutely cannot stand about it is the way it buckles to your chin. I am not a fan, given the price for the helmet, you’d think it would have a better strap.
