Useful Practise of Internal Cable Installation 1. Get about a foot length of nylon tubing 2 or 3 mm in diameter. Poke it through the elongated hole nearest the center and look for the end of it at the other hole. Grab it with a pair of needle nose pliers and pull it through. Then thread the cable through and slide off the nylon tubing. 2. Using the cable as a guide, slide the brake outer sleeve on, again from the center hole. Pull the cable tight so the end of the sleeve was up against the inside of the hole and with a small screwdriver under the cable, levered it up so the sleeve aligned with the whole then pulled it through. Friendly Reminder 1. Highway bike handlebar Do not enter the mountain road, the wrong cycling will crash the road handlebar. 2.
